Forum template adjustments
As some of you could see, the forum was "all green" this morning!
There was an update of all of the forum "CSS" code by the software company effective last night, and as with all things, there were a lot of boards that had an unplanned event happen, and ours was no exception.
I have managed to restore our customized template, however a readjustment of the thread headers will take some code work to correct. I'm hoping to have this done within the next day

Re: Forum template adjustments
In fact, you may experience a few sudden changes over the next hour while I repair the database infrastructure.....

Re: Forum template adjustments
Template adjustments are now complete......I don't think we'll be having as many earth shattering shifts in forum structure anytime soon

Problem posting....
Hi,
I have tried 4 times to respond to the post you made about the woman who posted that stuff about playing games. It won't let me post a reply.
Also, on this screen, the lettering as I type is a very light gray and very hard to see. Not sure if there is a way to adjust that?
You're doing a great job!
Sharzi

Re: Forum template adjustments
If you have problems posting a reply, make sure that you're logged in. The reply box will come up even if you're not, but it won't let you post until you are. If you get a message asking you to specify a username, that's why.
To make sure you're logged in, look at the links at the top of the screen below the header bar. If one of them is "log in", you're not logged in
The problem with changing the lettering on the reply box is that there is one global setting for text......if I make it darker, you won't be able to see the text in the posts. That's also why it can't be any lighter on the forums page.
And, if I change the background color of the reply box, you won't be able to distinguish where to type. I did my best to strike a balance for the time being
, but I'll see if I can't make a few more tweaks to the template.
Thanks for the feeback, and the kudos
